Submitting an IRB in the Department of Psychology
Whether you are a graduate student or a cadet who is about to begin a research project involving human participants, you will need to receive IRB (Institutional Review Board) approval before proceeding with the collection of data. In general, the process should begin with a discussion between the student and the faculty advisor. The IRB form and other IRB-related information appear below.
